Shipping Policy — Maison Azara
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 7–15 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at maisonazara@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
